Each of the systems of Benchmark includes a full support package with various means of training and assistance available to its users. First and foremost, onsite hands-on training is part of almost every system’s initial set-up.
The Benchmark helpdesk operates Monday through Friday and serves to offer assistance with any of the Benchmark software. By calling 888.344.5950, you can speak directly to a trained Benchmark representative and learn more about your unique Benchmark system.
A specialized version of Robohelp tailored and designed for each specific system is also included in the support package. This web-help tool is utilized to offer an overview as well as detailed instructions for your software system.
